Schedule

We offer four terms per year. Each course lasts for six to eight weeks and, though there are some variations, most classes meet for one hour and twenty minutes per week.

Classes will be held at the Temple Beth Sholom 1050 S. Tuttle Avenue, Building #1 Sarasota, at the Anna Maria Island Community Center, and at the State College of Florida at Lakewood Ranch.

7 week session: $80
6 or 5 week session: $75
4 week session: $60
3 week session: $50
2 week session: $35
1 session: $20

Fees for workshops
Half-day workshop $40 members; $45 non-member
Full-day workshop: $89 members; $99 non-member

RCLLA office hours for the fall, winter and spring, terms are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Office hours for the summer term are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We would like to welcome members and prospective members alike to this new term.

In Person: Register in person at the RCLLA office from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cash or checks accepted.

Scholarship Program

To apply for an Academy scholarship, contact our Executive Director, Janna Overstreet, by letter at Ringling College Lifelong Learning Academy, Temple Beth Sholom, 1050 S. Tuttle Avenue, Building #1, Sarasota, FL 34237. or by email at joverst@ringling.edu. Please be certain to include your contact information including email address and phone number in your letter of request. Successful applicants will receive a reduction in the tuition of one course, lecture or circle per year.
